For the five major elements of Hinduism, are they the subjects on the mandalas?

For “who were the Aryans” we have to get that out of the book right, because we have no notes on them?! And for “What were some developments literature, science, and technology, etc during the Gupta Empire” part we have only half the notes for that because the day we took them u were gone and we had Ms. Gaston for our sub and we ran out of time at the end (I think it was a 50 minute period)…I only have Mathematics, Universities, and painting. What can I do about the Developments part…look in the book, ask friends…IDK!!!

to Kathleen: I think that the five major elements of Hinduism are the subjects on the mandalas because there are five major elements, and five major subjects (either one), so they match up. (I’m not sure i explained it correctly)

Everything that you’ve been assigned to read in the textbook is fair game for the social studies test. For “Who were the Aryans?,” we discussed it in class and, yes, you should have notes on them (it’s also on p. 148 of your textbook). For the developments of the Gupta Empire, that is also in your textbook (pp. 165-171) if you didn’t get the notes in class. In fact, you had an 88-minute period with Mrs. Gaston last Thursday.
Each student in class created a Mandala that was supposed to contain the five major elements of Hinduism. You also took notes on it in your social studies notebook!
